West Cork Garlic

                                       Since the start of the business in 2011, West Cork Garlic has been grown on land near Ballynacarriga, Enniskeane which has proven to produce great tasting garlic. This is the combination of the rich fertile soil near to the Bandon river along with planting premium quality Irish grown seed as well as reputable imported seed.   We offer garlic for the kitchen, from mild to strong tasting varieties (June onwards) and seed for sowing (August to December). There is nothing more rewarding than growing your own garlic. We can provide you with the best Irish grown varieties that have been proven to grow well in our climate and have been successful over the years here in West Cork
                               We also grow heritage Shallots and Roscoff Onions. The popularity of these additions are growing year by year. Both available in the form of sets to plant and  for kitchen use also . Both available to purchase online

Awards
In 2017 , hard work over the years won us an award at the Irish Quality Food and Drinks Awards ! Our fresh green garlic was put forward by Dunnes stores for the unprepared veg category
2019 saw us put our aged Black Garlic in for the Chefs Choice category at the Blas na Heireann. As this form of our garlic is increasing in popularity, and offers a different taste to other commercial Black Garlic, again it was recognised by the judges with the award of Chefs Choice 2019 !

As all our produce are grown chemical-free , and only using natural fertilizers prepared by ourselves , this is reflected in taste and quality of our other products
